Your order.

A Solaride is delivered by freight carrier. So we need more than an address: we also need to know how the lorry gets to you.

Ordered from us before? Sign in and the fields will be filled in for you. An account is not required; ordering as a guest works just as well.
1

Address

For delivery to another EU country we check the number in the EU database (VIES) and then deliver without German VAT.

The freight carrier will call before arriving.

Delivery or collection

The freight carrier drives a lorry. Tell us what we need to know: access, turning space, where it is unloaded, and whether someone will be there.

You collect from us: ITAA-System GmbH, Hoher Weg 28, 46446 Emmerich am Rhein. As soon as everything is ready, we will call you and arrange a date. Payment is made beforehand as usual. We still need the address above, as the invoice is made out to it. Please bring a suitable vehicle: a horse solarium needs a loading area up to 2 m long and at least 1.50 m wide.
