Fault with the unit

Please have ready what is on the type plate. It is on the top edge of the unit and gives the type, number and output of the lamps. That tells us at once which model is hanging in front of you and which spare part fits.

Also helpful: when did you notice it, does it affect a single lamp or the whole unit, and is the control still working?

Lamps, chip cards and machines are listed individually in the catalogue and can be ordered directly, without a phone call. To the catalogue

Within the two-year guarantee on all parts, except UV lamps, we provide a replacement. Just get in touch. Guarantee terms

Installation

We deliver ready to plug in; no electrician is needed to connect it. If you would still like to hand over the assembly, we will gladly give you a quote. The cost depends on where you are and how the stable is built.

If something sticks in the shop, please write and tell us what you did and what happened. Give the order number if there already is one; with it we find the case at once.
