Shipping and payment
What transport costs, how long we take to build, and how you can pay.
This is a translation of the German text. The contract is concluded in German; you can read the German text here.
The following conditions apply:
We deliver within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, the Netherlands. We deliver to other European countries on request, and to Switzerland through our distributor.
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany
We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of €9.90 per order. This rate applies to orders without a horse solarium. If a horse solarium is part of the order, no further shipping costs are charged for accessories ordered with it.
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight delivery) we charge as follows:
Horse solariums are sent by freight carrier on a disposable pallet. Shipping costs within Germany are, per unit:
€149.00 for Easy models
€199.00 for Profi models

Deliveries abroad
For orders of spare parts and accessories without a horse solarium, we charge shipping costs abroad at the following flat rates:
Austria: €19.90
The Netherlands: €9.90
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight delivery) abroad we charge as follows:

Delivery times
Unless a different period is stated in the relevant offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 7 to 14 days, and for deliveries abroad within 14 to 21 days, after conclusion of the contract (where payment in advance has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be sent in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

How delivery works
The freight carrier will phone you before delivery to arrange an appointment. Delivery is kerbside.
For this to work we need your phone number and a note about access; checkout asks for both. A lorry needs a drivable approach and room to turn; if space is tight at your site, please say so.
Our solariums are delivered ready to plug in. No qualified electrician is needed to connect them.
Collection in Emmerich am Rhein
You can also collect your order from us free of charge: ITAA-System GmbH, Hoher Weg 28, 46446 Emmerich am Rhein. To do so, choose “Collection” at checkout. Payment is made beforehand as usual. As soon as everything is ready, we will phone you to arrange an appointment. Please bring a suitable vehicle: a horse solarium needs a load area for a length of up to 2 m and a width of at least 1.50 m.
Hire purchase
For riding stables and livery yards we offer the Solaride Easy Plus and the Solaride Profi on hire purchase: you pay off the unit in convenient instalments. This is not a payment method at checkout but an enquiry: put your unit together in the basket and send it as a hire purchase enquiry, and we will work out an offer for you.
