Guarantee terms

Version dated 24 September 2026

This is a translation of the German text. The contract is concluded in German; you can read the German text here.

We give a guarantee on our horse solariums. Here you can read what it covers, how long it lasts and how to make a claim under it.

Who gives the guarantee

ITAA-System GmbH, Hoher Weg 28, 46446 Emmerich am Rhein, Germany
Telephone: +49 2822 68204, E-mail: info@itaa-system.de

What it covers

The guarantee applies to the horse solariums Solaride Easy, Solaride Easy Plus and Solaride Profi that you bought from us, including their permanently installed accessories such as the lift, the control unit and the payment system. It covers all parts of the unit, including the infrared lamps and fans.

The only exception is the UV bulbs.

How long it lasts

The guarantee applies for two years from the date of the invoice. It applies equally to private customers and to businesses.

What we do in a guarantee case

If a defect appears within the guarantee period, we will remedy it free of charge: by repair on site or in our workshop, or by replacing the affected part. We bear the full cost of transporting the unit or parts in a guarantee case.

Where it applies

The guarantee applies to units that we have delivered to a member state of the European Union.

How to make a claim

  1. Report the defect within the guarantee period: using the “Submit request” form at itaa-system.de/service/melden, by e-mail to info@itaa-system.de or by telephone on +49 2822 68204.
  2. Please give your order number or invoice number. A photo of the rating plate and of the defect helps us find the cause quickly.
  3. We will get in touch with you and agree whether we remedy the defect on site or whether the unit or a part comes to us.

Your statutory rights

In addition to this guarantee, you have the statutory rights in respect of defects against us as the seller (statutory warranty). Claiming them is free of charge. The guarantee does not restrict your statutory rights. You can assert them regardless of whether a guarantee case exists or whether you make a claim under the guarantee.
